Starting in 2005, Stephanie worked with Panera Bread in a business development and strategy role. While at Panera, she led the firm’s entry into Canada, created the international expansion strategy, and developed Panera’s social responsibility strategy. She also launched Panera’s packaged goods business and grew it to $150 million in retail sales. Prior to Panera Bread, Stephanie spent about a decade at Fidelity Investments in various roles, including in FMR Co. on the high yield bond side, Fidelity’s private equity / family office on VC and LBO deals, and, post receiving her MBA from Harvard Business School, at a Fidelity owned Latin American telecom company. Her most recent experience includes being an angel investor with Launchpad Angel Group and launching her own strategy and management consulting firm, SMC Ventures.
